Slack Messages

Post by Martin Sanderse » Sat May 16, 2020 3:55 pm

I have been keeping Slack open on a screen, but I see that for the unpacking today, only Doug Carman's post made it through to Slack.

Is Slack still maintained?

That's odd since I haven't used Slack in years.

What's odd?
- using Slack?
- the existence of any link to Slack?
- that you maintained it and assumed it was working?
- that anyone uses Slack?

The forum used to send emails too, but that stopped a few years ago. I can't find a place where the feature can be turned on again. Does the feature still exist?

Jim has new software under consideration that if accepted will replace the form and slack.

Whoa! A revolution is coming - this should be fun - or not :) Sounds exciting.

Well, I never did find out if Slack is still supported, but I can tell you that it does not display a majority of forum posts. Out it goes...
