On a Brighter Note

Post by Charles Petersen » Thu Mar 19, 2020 1:01 pm

So, it's the first day of spring and that's good news.

Snowbirds are fleeing Florida by plane and car, and our turn is Monday. As bad as the virus is, for many the fear of the job losses etc. is an epidemic in its own right. For others, especially the spring break Millenials on the beaches, it's party-on dude.

I don't know which is worse.

So the resumption of the York season will be a welcome tonic, and I look forward to seeing you all again at the field.

Stay well...

Just remember to "Social Distance" yourself from others while at YORK. And try to function as a club by doing so.

Not sure how that's gunna work?

I expect a serious rise in Corvus-19 cases as people arrive "home" to Canada this week.

Figure it's only gunna GET worse before it get's BETTER!

BUT!... stay safe and HEALTHY FOLKS... and ALL the BEST

SO! ... I assume Charles you and yours will "self-isolate" yourself after you possible arrival on Monday. Good luck with that. Let's HOPE all goes well.

So I gather that after "self imposed " quarantine ... you may be available sometime after April 6th (weather permitting)?

Strange & bizarre times that not even Warren Buffet "predicted"...

Who knew?
