To all members

I received an email today from a group of 10 that came out on a less than perfect flying day.

"We can’t thank you enough! Our participants are still talking about what an amazing day they had! Your team was so accommodating and made the day go so smoothly! I would love to rate you on google! We will definitely need to come back next year!"

Everyone made a difference.

I find that if we catch people doing things right and reinforce it with respect along with courtesy real change can happen for the better.

If people are going to be brutally honest and vail brutality with honesty.... lie to me.

My mom's favorite word after close to a 30 year battle with cancer was "Harmony "

We can all do better if we want to effectively promote change in my opinion. At least that's what I'm trying to teach and show Cole. I think he gets it.
