Still a bit more gel coat waiting for attention ! This may be the last chance to see cracked fuselage gelcoat before it's all ground off. Grab your sandpaper and come on out to the shop tomorrow. I'll be there by 10.

It's Sanding Time Again !
We're on the home stretch, just the last sanding of the primer before spraying the final finish on the fuselage. Hope to see you at Eddy's around 10 tomorrow.

Your stats are too optimistic Charles. I don't know what is the current membership count but I believe that about 20 members do 95% of the work. A couple of hours per month should be made mandatory for all active members.

It took one hundred and forty man-hours to reach this stage. The fuselage is now ready for the final coat of paint.

At Last , fuselage and rudder finished, on to the wings ! We're planning to put the fuselage back in the trailer next weekend, and bring the wings into the shop. Strong backs will be needed. See you there.

Calling all K21 pilots !
With the fuselage finished, it's time to tackle the wing. Sanding continues this Saturday at Eddy's place in Orangeville:

North side of Hyw 9 just East of Heart Lake Road ( east of Orangeville ) 10 am
Soft Signs 3D Advertising Inc.
207353 Highway 9, Mono, Ontario L9W 6J2

Bring old clothes, dust mask, and sander with 60 grit paper if you've got them.

The season is fast approaching and we need this bird back in the air, so please come out and help

The party starts at Eddy's place in Orangeville Saturday morning. The painter is standing by waiting for the call to do the spraying.
